MacLean-Fogg is a premium nut manufacturer. Like fasteners and bolts, which might not sound too complicated, but their parts are responsible for holding together the engines of major OEMs like Toyota and Aston Martin.
Threadstrong is their aftermarket brand. Made a bunch of retargeting for several makes, but the Ramnesia line is my favorite and outperformed what they were using before.
The challenge here with selling premium wheel nuts for golf carts was addressing all these complicated pain points (ISO 9001 and IATF Certification, American-made, torque-tested, had to use the phrase "golf wheel nuts"), being as efficient as possible with character count, and still being interesting enough to get someone to stop mid-scroll.
Right before a major industry convention, a personalization token failed in an email sent to the entire convention list. It greeted the opener with “Hello {FirstName}”, instead of their first...name.
